So I have never blogged before, and I have no idea if I will keep up with this, but I shall give it a shot! :)
I love to read, and I just finished reading Divergent by Veronica Roth! It was glorious! I am still on a reader's high from finishing it. It is a great tale of a girl who defies the odds and survives! I had heard this was supposed to be the new Hunger Games, but I think it is a new book of its own. It is a book that may have some similarities to the Hunger Games, but it stands on its own. The next book comes out (hopefully) in May 2012, which I found out after I jumped onto my computer upon finishing Divergent! I am so stoked for the next one to come out, but it seems too far away!
I am one of those people that gets paid and blows it on books right away so if anyone actually reads this and has suggestions, please feel free to comment and tell me what to read next!!!
Welcome to the blogosphere. I'm not sure what kind of books you enjoy. I just finished Anna and the French Kiss and loved it. As you know, I'm pimping Destiny's Fire for my writing buddy Trisha Wolfe. I've read it a few times and still love it. Have you ever read Graceling by Kristin Cashore? That's a good one. There's so many new books coming out my head is too fogged to think of them all.

Wow, clearly I don't check this much, but I love Graceling! I read that a few years ago as well as Fire, and I can't wait for Bittleblue to come out! I read basically whatever my little sister has around and right now, it happens to be Red Glove by Holly Black! I know what you mean about all of the new books. I have a hard time keeping up. I don't ever get a chance to re-read my favs anymore!
